
Eliot Pence
Eliot Pence is the founder of Tofino Capital and previously served as the head of international growth for Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. He has been involved in strategic initiatives related to global security and defense innovation, particularly in the Arctic region. Pence was also a Canadian fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations from 2021 to 2023, where he focused on pressing issues related to Arctic development and security.
