Elise Ashby

Elise Ashby is a dedicated non-profit director in Union County, South Carolina, who has been working since 2016 to combat food insecurity by delivering discounted boxes of fresh produce to residents in a food desert. Her efforts gained significant recognition in 2023 when the Walmart Foundation awarded her organization, the RobinHood Group, over $100,000 to support community-based initiatives led by people of color.
