Eoghan Coady is an accomplished chef and kitchen manager at the iconic two-Michelin-star restaurant Noma in Copenhagen. Initially studying anthropology, he found his calling in the kitchen and has since worked with some of the top chefs in the world, embracing the innovative and evolving culinary culture at Noma.
