Erwin Rückerl is a German chef and entrepreneur known for his culinary expertise in blending rural and Mediterranean cuisine. He established the Hofgut Hafnerleiten in Bad Birnbach, Bavaria, where he emphasizes the use of high-quality, regional ingredients.
