Ester Alba

Ester Alba is the Vice-Rector of Culture and Society at the Universitat de València, where she has played a key role in organizing cultural projects and exhibitions, including the recent exhibition 'Gastronomía medieval', which celebrates the 700th anniversary of 'El Llibre de Sent Soví', the oldest preserved cookbook in the Iberian Peninsula.
