Eugenio Ayala Velázquez

Eugenio Ayala Velázquez was a Paraguayan officer who played a crucial role during the Battle of Boquerón in the Guerra del Chaco. As a lieutenant, he was one of the key leaders in the Paraguayan forces that successfully retook the fort from Bolivian control on September 29, 1932, despite being outnumbered and outgunned.
