Tranquilino Ortiz

Tranquilino Ortiz was a Paraguayan cavalry captain involved in the establishment of Fort Boquerón and its defense during the Battle of Boquerón in 1932. His leadership contributed to the Paraguayan efforts to reclaim the fort from Bolivian forces during the Guerra del Chaco.
