Evgeny Preigerman

Evgeny Preigerman is a Belarusian political scientist and diplomat, known for his role as the director of the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations. A graduate of the Faculty of International Relations at Belarusian State University, he holds a PhD in political science.
