Faye Dail Hall

Faye Dail Hall is an American citizen who was arrested in February 2025 in Afghanistan for allegedly operating a drone without authorization. She recently made headlines for being released from Taliban custody as part of a negotiation facilitated by Qatari mediators, making her the fourth American to be freed since January of the same year. Hall's case drew attention due to her connection with a British couple, Peter and Barbie Reynolds, who have been involved in educational projects in Afghanistan and were detained alongside her. Following her release, Hall expressed gratitude to former President Donald Trump for his role in securing her freedom.
