Gianluca Falzon

Gianluca Falzon is a curator at the Maritime Museum of Valletta, Malta, and works for Heritage Malta, where he leads a unique dining experience called Taste History, which combines historical menus and storytelling to connect guests with Malta's rich culinary heritage.
