Guillermo II

Guillermo II, also known as Wilhelm II, was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia, ruling from 1888 until his abdication in 1918. His reign was marked by significant military expansion and a strong desire to establish Germany as a global power, which contributed to the tensions leading up to World War I. After the war, he fled to exile in the Netherlands, where he lived until his death in 1941. His policies and militaristic ambitions are often scrutinized for their role in the escalation of conflicts that defined early 20th-century Europe.
