Hedwig Gustloff
Hedwig Gustloff was the wife of Wilhelm Gustloff, the prominent Nazi official in Switzerland who was assassinated by David Frankfurter in 1936. Following her husband's death, she became a central figure in the subsequent trial of Frankfurter, having witnessed the assassination firsthand. Despite the tragic circumstances surrounding her husband's assassination, she was used as a symbol by the Nazi regime in their propaganda efforts against Jews and portrayed as a victim of a supposed Jewish conspiracy.
