Henry Tang

Henry Tang Ying-yen is a Hong Kong politician and businessman who served as the Chief Secretary for Administration from 2007 to 2012. A member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, he also ran for Chief Executive in 2012 but lost. Tang has been influential in Hong Kong's political and economic landscape, with a background in business and public administration.
