Hostos José Rizik Lugo

Hostos José Rizik Lugo is a Dominican government official and former representative of the Dominican Republic at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE). He has been in the news for allegedly connecting the Costa Rican National Insurance Institute (INS) with Diego Sánchez Silva, an Ecuadorian businessman embroiled in corruption allegations. Rizik, who has a strong educational background in Business Administration and Political Communication, was appointed director general of the RD Vial Trust shortly after his departure from the BCIE.
