After going through a divorce, she lost her identification papers, followed by her job and subsequently her home, resulting in her becoming homeless. Iana is among the 13,000 individuals facing homelessness in Munich and is one of the 340 officially registered hardship cases, struggling due to her citizenship and legal status that exclude her from available social support systems.
