Iitaka Okokawa

Iitaka Okokawa was the supervisor involved in the Tokaimura nuclear accident alongside Hisashi Ouchi and Masato Shinohara. He received a significant dose of radiation but survived the incident, which led to increased scrutiny and reforms in nuclear safety regulations in Japan.
