Masato Shinohara

Masato Shinohara was a co-worker of Hisashi Ouchi at the Tokaimura uranium processing plant. He was also severely affected by the criticality accident, absorbing a lethal dose of radiation, and ultimately died from organ failure months later due to the extensive health damage he incurred during the incident.
