Inuk Silis Høegh

Inuk Silis Høegh is a Greenlandic artist known for his unique multimedia installations that explore the relationship between humanity and nature. His recent work, 'The Green Land,' is a 34-minute video installation that reflects on untouched landscapes threatened by human intervention and climate change. Born and raised in Greenland, Høegh draws inspiration from his surroundings and his background, combining elements of film and visual art to create immersive experiences. He studied filmmaking in England and later pursued visual arts at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. Høegh's art is influenced by science fiction and horror, aiming to provoke thought about our connection to the environment and the impacts of industrialization.
