Ismail Ismail is an Assyrian Christian who escaped violence in Syria due to the threat posed by ISIS. Alongside his community members, Ismail has voiced apprehension about the return of Australian ISIS brides, fearing that they might rekindle violence against communities that suffered at the hands of ISIS.
