Mike Burgess
Mike Burgess is an Australian intelligence officer currently serving as the Director-General of the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO). He has been in this role since 2019 and was reappointed for another five-year term in 2022. Burgess is recognized for his strong stance on national security, particularly in relation to countering foreign interference and terrorism.
