Iván Reyes Arzate

Iván Reyes Arzate is a former commander of the Sensitive Investigation Unit of the Mexican Federal Police, who was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiring to facilitate drug trafficking. He accepted a bribe of up to three million dollars in exchange for working with a Mexican cartel to smuggle cocaine into the United States, acknowledging his role in the conspiracy to import 450 kilograms of the drug.
