Jane Swift

Jane Swift is a former governor of Massachusetts, serving from 2001 to 2003, and she made history as the first woman to hold that office in the state. A member of the Republican Party, she has been an influential figure in Massachusetts politics and has also served as a state representative and as a cabinet member in the administration of Governor Paul Cellucci. Swift has been vocal about issues concerning governance and the responsibilities of public officials, particularly in relation to economic integrity.
