
Jean Augustine
Jean Augustine is a prominent Canadian politician and educator, recognized as the first Black woman elected as a Member of Parliament in Canada. Serving from 1993 to 2006, she represented the Liberal Party and was a trailblazer for diversity in Canadian politics.
