
Jerina
Jerina was the wife of Đurađ Branković, the Serbian despot, and played a significant role in the politics of Serbia in the 15th century. After her husband's death, she struggled to maintain stability within the Serbian Despotate, which faced increasing pressure from the Ottoman Empire, ultimately leading to the fall of Smederevo in 1459.
