Jordi Sol

Jordi Sol is the owner of the restaurant Marinada in the Dreta de l’Eixample district of Barcelona, where he has been serving competitive Catalan menus since 2013. He and his wife manage the establishment, which is known for its high turnover, serving around 80 daily menus at a price of 15 euros. Despite facing rising costs in rent and supplies, Sol maintains profitability through a combination of menu pricing and breakfast sales.
