José Cesário
José Cesário is a Portuguese politician and the Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities. He has been involved in addressing the concerns of the Portuguese diaspora, particularly in relation to their rights and well-being abroad. Recently, he confirmed that around 90 Portuguese residents in Luxembourg had received deportation orders, deemed an 'excessive burden' on the state due to their reliance on social support without employment.
