Joseph Humaier

Joseph Humaier is the acting assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Defense, recently visited Venezuela to engage with the interim president, Delcy Rodriguez, as part of the U.S. government's efforts to strengthen ties and address security issues in the region following the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
