Joseph Nicéphore Niépce
Joseph Nicéphore Niépce (1765 – 1833) was a French inventor and one of the pioneers of photography. He is best known for creating the world's first permanent photograph in 1826 or 1827, using a process called heliography. Niépce's innovative work laid the groundwork for the development of modern photographic techniques and is a significant milestone in the history of visual documentation.
