Joseph Wilson, also known by his nickname Lanmo Sanjou, is the leader of the notorious 400 Mawozo gang, which has been involved in numerous violent incidents in Haiti. He was reported in relation to the recent gang violence in Mirebalais, where his group was implicated in orchestrating large-scale attacks that led to significant chaos and a mass prison break.
