Julieta Heduvan

Julieta Heduvan is an international relations expert and a master's graduate in Latin American studies from the University of Salamanca. She is the author of the book 'Paraguay, Política Exterior e Integración Regional. Un recorrido hacia la contemporaneidad' published in 2019, and currently serves as the coordinator for ALADAA Paraguay, contributing her insights on regional integration and foreign policy.
