Julio Cucul Bol is a 29-year-old Guatemalan immigrant who was involved in a fatal car accident that resulted in the deaths of two young women, Katherine Abraham and Chloe Polzin, in January 2023. Following the incident, he was arrested while attempting to flee to Mexico and has become a focal point in the U.S. government's immigration crackdown, particularly in relation to the recently announced 'Midway Blitz' operations.
