Jurij Nečiporenko

Jurij Nečiporenko, a 17-year-old Ukrainian boy, survived a horrific encounter with Russian soldiers in Bucha in March 2022, witnessing the murder of his father, Ruslan, during the invasion. After the traumatic event, he became determined to seek justice for his father's death and identified the soldier responsible via surveillance footage. Jurij's journey reflects the resilience of Ukrainian youth affected by the war, and he has since participated in rehabilitation efforts for other children traumatized by the conflict.
