Kapil Raj

Kapil Raj is a former joint director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) who gained attention for supervising significant money laundering investigations, including the arrests of political figures such as Hemant Soren and Arvind Kejriwal. In July 2025, he resigned from government service 15 years prior to his scheduled retirement, shortly after leaving the ED, where he had served for eight years.
