Satyabrata Kumar

Satyabrata Kumar is a former special director of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in India, known for leading high-profile investigations into major money laundering cases, including those involving Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi, and Vijay Mallya. A 2004-batch Indian Revenue Service officer, he served nearly 12 years in the ED before taking voluntary retirement to pursue personal interests, despite having 11 years of service remaining until his scheduled retirement.
