Laylama

Laylama, Shayma's 16-year-old sister, is also an Afghan refugee living in Pakistan. She has faced significant challenges, including the loss of her guitar, which her father burned out of fear of Taliban retribution. Despite these hardships, Laylama supports her family by selling sunflower seeds and shares her sister's love for music. Like many others in their situation, she aspires to find safety and freedom in a Western country but is currently caught in a precarious and uncertain refugee status.
