Leo I

Leo I was a significant Byzantine emperor who ruled from 457 to 474 AD. He is known for his military reforms and efforts to strengthen the empire against external threats, particularly from the Huns. His reign established the foundation for the future stability of the Byzantine Empire and saw the rise of the Isaurians in the court.
