Liliya Shpilevaya

Liliya Shpilevaya is a dedicated Pilates instructor in Kyiv, Ukraine, who continues to lead classes in challenging conditions marked by extreme cold and lack of electricity, after recent Russian attacks on the country's energy infrastructure. At 42 years old, she prioritizes her students' physical and mental well-being, providing a much-needed escape from the harsh realities of war. Despite the freezing temperatures in her studio, she fosters a warm and supportive environment, helping her students find solace and strength through their shared experiences.
