Linh Vu

Linh Vu is a Vietnamese-Canadian entrepreneur and co-owner of a street food restaurant in Edmonton, who, as a child, fled Vietnam on foot with her mother just before the fall of Saigon. Her family's journey included a perilous sea voyage that ultimately led them to Canada. Vu's experiences as a 'boat person' deeply inform her identity and connection to the Vietnamese community in Canada, where she strives to preserve and share the stories of those who fled their homeland in search of a better life.
