Liz Kenworthy is a former Metropolitan Police officer who was off duty during the 7/7 bombings but instinctively rushed to help victims on the train where the attack occurred. Despite the chaos and horror she encountered, Kenworthy provided critical first aid to the injured, including Martine Wright. Her courage and dedication to assisting others earned her an MBE for bravery, and she has continued to advocate for victims and reflect on the trauma of that day.
