Luiza Mahin

Luiza Mahin was a prominent figure in the 1835 Revolta dos Malês, where she strategized and organized enslaved Africans in Bahia, using her skills as a cook to convey secret messages. She was also the mother of the abolitionist Luiz Gama. Recently, her likeness was recreated using historical research and AI, highlighting her contributions to Brazil's fight for freedom.
