Ma Guangbu

Ma Guangbu serves as the chairman of the Red Temple Fort District Disabled Persons' Federation in Wuzhong, Ningxia, and was honored at the National Self-Reliance Model and Advanced Disability Assistance Conference for his commitment to improving the lives of people with disabilities.
