Marat Kushtybaev
Marat Kushtybaev was the former head of the police department in Taldykorgan, Kazakhstan. He gained notoriety in November 2023 when he was arrested on charges of raping a 27-year-old woman in his office. In April 2024, he was convicted and sentenced to 11 years in prison, in addition to being stripped of his awards and police rank.
