Maria Nilsson

Maria Nilsson was just two months old when she was taken from her mother in Chile and adopted to Sweden. Growing up in Växjö, she later reconnected with her sister Ilda Gonzales in 2018. Reflecting on their separation, she feels the loss of a close bond that could have existed, expressing a desire for the connection that was denied to them.
