Mark Schafer

Mark Schafer is a senior U.S. military official responsible for Special Operations in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, who was recently in the news for participating in discussions with Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa and U.S. Southern Command head Francis Donovan to enhance cooperation against transnational organized crime and narcoterrorism in Ecuador.
