Martial Cosyn

Martial Cosyn is a classically trained French chef known for his innovative approach to cuisine, which combines traditional techniques with an emphasis on making French food approachable. After a distinguished culinary career that included stints working under renowned chefs like Michel Guérard, he gained acclaim at the Cricketers Arms Hotel in the late 1980s and later opened the successful Blue Cockerel Bistro. Recently, he returned to the kitchen of the Cricketers Arms to collaborate with current head chef Wesley Cooper-Jones, reviving dishes from his original menu while also showcasing his artistic talent through exhibitions of his oil paintings.
