Martin Námešný

Martin Námešný is the frontman of the Slovak tribute band Pigs on the Wing, which specializes in performing the music of the legendary progressive rock band Pink Floyd. Recently, he gained attention when his band performed at a concert that sparked controversy due to a video projection featuring political figures, including prominent Slovak politicians and international leaders. Following criticism from local politician Jana Vaľová, who accused the band of promoting progressive propaganda, Námešný responded by expressing gratitude for the publicity, asserting that the political imagery represented only a minor aspect of their performance.
