Mihailo Jovanović, a 28-year-old from Belgrade, was arrested in Budva, Montenegro, as part of a police operation aimed at preventing the activities of criminal groups. He is suspected of having entered Montenegro illegally and is believed to have used a falsified identity document to secure a rental agreement for an apartment in Budva, allegedly under the direction of a known criminal figure from Belgrade.
