Moammer Kadhafi

Moammer Kadhafi was the Libyan revolutionary leader who ruled Libya from 1969 until his overthrow and death in 2011. His regime was characterized by authoritarianism, a unique political ideology known as the Third International Theory, and a focus on nationalism and socialism. Kadhafi's leadership saw both significant infrastructure development and widespread human rights abuses, leading to his eventual downfall during the Arab Spring.
