Nikolai Ovsyenko

Nikolai Ovsyenko is a Russian politician and the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia for State Policy in the Humanitarian Sphere, as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Military Historical Society. He recently visited Mogilev to discuss plans for a memorial dedicated to Naum Eitingon, a controversial figure in Soviet history.
