Nissim Zuaratz is the President of the Israeli Diamond Exchange and the Association of Diamond Manufacturers in Israel. He has recently been in the news for urgently appealing to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding new tariffs imposed by the U.S. government on polished diamonds, which threaten the Israeli diamond industry's competitiveness and could significantly impact exports, accounting for approximately 55% of Israel's diamond trade.
